Key Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as a Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates
• Drive store performance through exceptional customer experiences and daily sales achievement
• Perform opening and closing routines and operate Point of Sale systems
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders and maintain visual displays
• Analyze reporting to inform decision-making and protect store assets through inventory control
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values

Requirements

• CEFR B2 fluency in both English and Italian is required
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer focus skills
• Ability to balance multiple tasks with high attention to detail
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Knowledge of current fashion trends
