Key Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as a Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates
• Drive store performance through exceptional customer experiences and daily sales achievement
• Perform opening and closing routines and operate Point of Sale systems
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders and maintain visual displays
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control
• Analyze reporting to inform operational decision-making

Requirements

• CEFR B2 fluency in both English and Spanish is required
• Availability to work 20-25 hours per week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to stay energetic, outgoing, and assertive in a fast-paced environment
