Key Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates
• Drive store performance through exceptional customer experience and daily sales achievement
• Perform opening and closing routines and operate Point of Sale systems
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders and maintain visual displays
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control
• Analyze reporting to inform operational decision-making

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1 year of retail experience preferred
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred
• Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
• Ability to maintain a strong customer focus and show initiative
