Key Holder

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive shopping experience by following "VICI five-star service expectations"
• Perform opening and closing duties, including opening registers and managing daily deposits
• Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing sales floor and back room
• Style and sell products to customers in person and over the phone to meet sales goals
• Handle customer issues regarding orders and returns with urgency
• Package, label, and ship phone orders
• Act as a backup to management on an as-needed basis

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 1-3 years of prior experience in a retail environment
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Proficiency with Windows (Word, Excel), Mac, and Google products
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
