Responsibilities

- Perform store opening and closing procedures, including securing the building and managing registers
- Execute operational tasks such as counting register funds and completing bank deposits
- Communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to customers through extensive product knowledge
- Maintain visual and operational standards while adhering to loss prevention policies
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
- Strong personal selling and customer relations skills
