Responsibilities

• Deliver a transformational client experience and build brand loyalty through exceptional service
• Drive business growth by meeting personal sales goals and utilizing strong selling skills
• Manage store opening and closing procedures, including securing the premises
• Perform operational tasks such as counting register funds and completing bank deposits
• Maintain extensive product knowledge to communicate the brand philosophy and lifestyle to customers
• Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are strictly followed

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends
• High degree of maturity, integrity, and responsibility
