Responsibilities
- Manage and promote a sales culture to achieve or exceed KPIs and profitability goals
- Build a loyal customer base through active engagement and data capture
- Assist with the recruitment, training, and development of high-performing team members
- Maintain high levels of product knowledge and ensure the team can communicate it effectively
- Manage payroll control, service-driven scheduling, and loss prevention
- Oversee inventory management, including physical inventory and shrink goals
- Execute merchandise processing and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Ensure a safe and compliant working environment for all staff and customers
