Responsibilities

• Manage and promote a sales culture to achieve KPIs and profitability goals
• Build a loyal customer base through engagement and data capture
• Assist with the recruitment, training, and development of high-performing team members
• Maintain high levels of product knowledge and communicate it effectively to customers
• Manage payroll control and service-driven scheduling
• Oversee loss prevention, inventory management, and shrink goals
• Execute merchandise processing, including incoming and outgoing transfers
• Ensure visual presentation meets brand standards and maintain store safety compliance

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
