Responsibilities
- Manage and promote a sales culture to achieve or exceed KPIs and profitability goals

- Oversee inventory management, loss prevention, and physical inventory processes
- Execute merchandise processing, including incoming and outgoing transfers
- Ensure visual presentation meets brand standards through the execution of visual directives
- Maintain a safe and compliant working environment in accordance with OSHA requirements
