Responsibilities

• Manage and promote a sales culture to achieve or exceed KPIs and profitability goals
• Build a loyal customer base through active engagement and data capture
• Assist with the recruitment, training, and development of high-performing team members
• Maintain high levels of product knowledge and communicate it effectively to customers
• Oversee inventory management, loss prevention, and physical inventory processes
• Execute merchandise processing, including incoming and outgoing transfers
• Ensure visual presentation meets brand standards through the execution of visual directives
• Maintain a safe and compliant working environment in accordance with OSHA requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication skills with a focus on fostering a customer-centric selling culture
