Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve KPIs through effective customer engagement and conversion
• Assist with the recruitment, training, and development of high-performing team members
• Maintain high levels of product knowledge to effectively communicate value to customers
• Manage payroll control and service-driven scheduling to ensure profitability
• Oversee loss prevention, inventory management, and shrink reduction goals
• Execute merchandise processing, including incoming and outgoing transfers
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the store meets brand directives
• Ensure a safe and compliant working environment in accordance with OSHA requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication skills with the ability to foster a customer-focused culture
