Responsibilities
- Promote a sales culture to achieve or exceed KPIs and profitability goals
- Build a loyal customer base through engagement and capturing contact information
- Assist with the recruitment, training, and development of high-performing team members
- Maintain high levels of product knowledge and communicate it effectively to customers
- Manage payroll control and service-driven scheduling
- Monitor loss prevention and manage inventory and shrink goals
- Oversee the execution and processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise
- Ensure visual presentation meets or exceeds brand standards
- Maintain a safe and compliant working atmosphere in accordance with OSHA requirements
Requirements
