Responsibilities

• Promote a sales culture to achieve or exceed KPIs and profitability goals
• Build a loyal customer base through engagement and capturing contact information
• Assist with the recruitment, training, and development of high-performing team members
• Maintain high levels of product knowledge and communicate it effectively to customers
• Manage payroll control and service-driven scheduling
• Monitor loss prevention and manage inventory and shrink goals
• Oversee the execution and processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise
• Ensure visual presentation meets or exceeds brand standards
• Maintain a safe and compliant working atmosphere in accordance with OSHA requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication skills and the ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture
