Key Holder

Responsibilities

• Manage and promote a sales culture to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals
• Build a loyal customer base through active engagement and capturing customer data
• Assist with the recruitment, training, and development of high-performing team members
• Maintain high levels of product knowledge and ensure the team can communicate it effectively to customers
• Manage payroll control and service-driven scheduling to maintain profitability
• Oversee loss prevention, inventory management, and shrink goals
• Execute merchandise processing, including incoming and outgoing transfers
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store meets brand directives
• Ensure a safe and compliant working environment in accordance with OSHA requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication skills with the ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture
