Responsibilities

• Manage and promote a sales culture to achieve or exceed KPIs and profitability goals
• Build a loyal customer base through active engagement and data capture
• Assist with the recruitment, training, and development of high-performing team members
• Maintain high levels of product knowledge and ensure the team can communicate it effectively
• Manage payroll control, service-driven scheduling, and loss prevention
• Oversee inventory management, including physical inventory and shrink goals
• Execute merchandise processing and maintain visual merchandising standards
• Ensure a safe and compliant working environment in accordance with OSHA requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication skills with the ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture
