Key Holder

Responsibilities

• Achieve preset sales objectives and develop a strong network of clientele
• Capture and manage client information to promote boutique relationships
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain deep product knowledge
• Open and close the boutique as required, handling communication with the corporate office in the absence of management
• Ensure loss prevention procedures are followed according to protocol
• Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store and handle product transfers
• Develop a working knowledge of simple pen repair and after-sales service techniques

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills
• Ability to stand on the sales floor for approximately 90% of the workday
• Ability to bend, reach, and occasionally use a ladder to access products
• Ability to unpack and lift large boxes containing product
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in jewelry or high-end luxury product sales
• College degree
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
