Key Holder

Responsibilities

• Achieve preset individual sales objectives and develop a strong client network
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain deep product knowledge of various collections
• Capture and manage client information to promote boutique relationships
• Manage boutique opening and closing procedures as required
• Handle communication with the corporate office and manage transfers in the absence of management
• Ensure loss prevention procedures are strictly followed according to protocol
• Maintain the aesthetic quality and presentation of the store

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills
• Ability to stand for the majority of the workday and perform physical tasks such as lifting boxes and reaching for products

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in luxury goods or jewelry sales
• College degree
