Founded in 2012, Mizzen+Main is a premium men’s brand with product rooted in performance fabrics and tailored silhouettes. We are a multi-channel brand comprised of our Ecommerce site, Retail Stores, and Wholesale Partners across the US.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a store leader by opening and closing the store and assisting in task assignment
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through warm and knowledgeable engagement
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and handle all transactions including returns and exchanges
  • Maintain brand presentation through effective merchandising and replenishment
  • Assist in training and supporting new team members
  • Promote current events, product launches, and store promotions
  • Take ownership of store upkeep, cleaning, and restocking
  • Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety
  • Build and expand the customer base through strategic networking and follow-up

Requirements

  • Prior retail or customer-facing experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail technology
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and climb ladders
