Key Holder

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient store operations
• Lead by example through coaching and mentoring the sales team to achieve sales and customer service targets
• Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to all clients
• Perform essential start and end of day cash reconciliation tasks
• Take responsibility for opening and closing the store on a scheduled rota basis

Requirements

• Proven retail experience
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
• Experience with cash handling and reconciliation
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
• Must be able to provide proof of right to work in the country

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the cosmetics or prestige beauty industry
• Previous retail operations experience, including store opening and closing procedures
• Previous supervisory experience, including coaching or mentoring others
