About the role

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager to inspire and motivate the team
  • Open and close the store independently
  • Host and manage in-store beading appointments, events, and parties
  • Assist with planning in-store events and finding local partners
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist with backstock, and support visual merchandising
  • Help train and develop Sales Associates
  • Introduce new products and provide personalized recommendations
  • Handle guest questions, transactions, and in-store issues
  • Assist at the bead bar, tie bracelets, and fulfill custom orders
  • Support operations including inventory intake, clienteling, and KPIs

Requirements

  • 2+ years of retail or customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for beading, styling, and content creation
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Alignment with the Little Words Project mission
