About the role
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager to inspire and motivate the team
- Open and close the store independently
- Host and manage in-store beading appointments, events, and parties
- Assist with planning in-store events and finding local partners
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with backstock, and support visual merchandising
- Help train and develop Sales Associates
- Introduce new products and provide personalized recommendations
- Handle guest questions, transactions, and in-store issues
- Assist at the bead bar, tie bracelets, and fulfill custom orders
- Support operations including inventory intake, clienteling, and KPIs
Requirements
- 2+ years of retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for beading, styling, and content creation
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Alignment with the Little Words Project mission
