Key Holder

Responsibilities

• Model and coach exceptional customer service to drive sales and a memorable shopping experience
• Support the leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities and meeting performance goals
• Assist in training and coaching store staff on selling practices and brand standards
• Execute operational excellence by managing product flow to the floor and supporting visual merchandising
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and programs while following management directives

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and maintain physical stamina for constant movement, kneeling, and climbing ladders
• Reliable transportation to and from the store location
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and performance goals
