Key Holder

Responsibilities

• Model and coach exceptional customer service and selling behaviors to drive sales
• Support the leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities and meeting performance goals
• Assist with store operations, including visual merchandising and getting products to the floor
• Maintain operational excellence by following all company policies and procedures
• Act as a role model for staff by demonstrating integrity, empathy, and courage

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and maintain physical stamina for moving, kneeling, climbing ladders, and reaching overhead
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to consistently meet or exceed established sales and performance goals
