Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales growth through segment ownership and personal sales
• Support the Management team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and executing company initiatives
• Manage and resolve customer relations issues
• Handle opening and closing procedures, including cash management and daily sales reconciliation
• Execute visual merchandising standards and replenishment processes
• Follow standard operating procedures regarding damages, transfers, and inventory to reduce shrink

Requirements

• Previous management or supervisory experience
• Ability to coach, develop, and partner with the Management team
• Strong business acumen with strategic and analytical skills
• Ability to manage complex priorities through effective time management
• Schedule flexibility to include evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Professional demeanor that reinforces brand standards
