Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales growth through segment ownership and personal sales
• Support the Management team in delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Assist in creating a safe, positive work environment and resolving associate relations issues
• Build lasting customer connections through expert product knowledge
• Manage and resolve customer relations issues
• Execute opening and closing procedures, including cash management and daily sales reconciliation
• Follow standard operating procedures for damages, transfers, and inventory to reduce shrink
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and efficient replenishment processes

Requirements

• Previous management or supervisory experience
• Ability to coach, develop, and partner with the Management team
• Strong business acumen with strategic and analytical skills
• Ability to delegate, follow up, and communicate effectively
• Schedule flexibility to include evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor that reinforces brand standards
