Responsibilities
- Drive profitable sales growth through segment ownership and personal sales
- Support the Management team in delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Assist in resolving associate relations issues using the company coaching model
- Build lasting customer connections through expert product knowledge
- Manage and resolve customer relations issues
- Execute opening and closing procedures, including cash management and daily sales reconciliation
- Follow standard operating procedures for damages, transfers, and inventory to reduce shrink
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and efficient replenishment processes
Requirements
- Previous management or supervisory experience
- Ability to coach, develop, and partner with the Management team
- Strong business acumen with strategic and analytical skills
- Ability to delegate, follow up, and communicate effectively
- Schedule flexibility to include evenings, weekends, and holidays
