Key Holder

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver exceptional service
• Responsible for holding keys and ensuring store security during opening and closing
• Manage opening and closing of the till system
• Welcome clients and guide them to products to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Manage stock through pair checking and stockroom organization
• Maintain shop floor tidiness and replenishment standards
• Support management by working towards individual and team sales targets
• Promote Kurt Geiger loyalty programs to customers
• Assist in the preparation and planning of promotional activities
• Act as a brand role model and adhere to uniform standards
