Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver exceptional service to clients
• Hold store keys and ensure security during opening and closing
• Manage the opening and closing of the till system
• Welcome clients and guide them to products to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Manage stock through pair checking and stockroom organization
• Maintain shop floor tidiness and replenishment standards
• Work towards individual and team sales targets
• Promote Kurt Geiger loyalty programs to customers
• Assist in the preparation and planning of promotional activities
• Act as a brand ambassador and adhere to uniform standards

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Understanding of excellent customer service
• Interest and awareness of fashion trends
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work confidently in a team
• Flexibility to work shifts between 04:00am and 22:00pm
