Responsibilities

• Support the Jungle Boys brand and provide an exceptional medical cannabis experience to Florida patients
• Lead retail operations with a servant leadership mindset
• Manage significant cash handling and daily financial operations
• Oversee inventory management, including merchandising, logistics, and investigation tasks
• Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of service and operational excellence

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older and comply with all local, state, and company regulations
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and obtain appropriate state badging
• 1-2 years of leadership experience in the cannabis, retail, or hospitality industry
• Proven experience with cash handling and inventory management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, POS systems, and inventory management software
• Open availability, including holidays, evenings, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Comprehension of Florida Cannabis Regulations and allotment compliance
