About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth and efficient store operations
  • Lead by example to model behaviors required for inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Coach and mentor the sales team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Perform essential start and end of day cash reconciliation
  • Take responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis

Requirements

  • Proven retail experience, preferably within the cosmetics industry
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide a personalized experience
  • Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
  • Experience with cash handling and reconciliation is highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience, including coaching or mentoring others
  • Prior experience in retail operations, specifically opening and closing procedures
