About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient store operations
  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to achieve sales targets
  • Lead by example through coaching and mentoring the sales team
  • Perform essential start and end of day cash reconciliation
  • Take responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis

Requirements

  • Proven retail experience, preferably within the cosmetics industry
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on personalized experiences
  • Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
  • Experience with cash handling and reconciliation
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous retail operations experience, including store opening and closing procedures
  • Previous supervisory experience, including coaching or mentoring others to achieve targets
