About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient store operations
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to achieve sales targets
- Lead by example through coaching and mentoring the sales team
- Perform essential start and end of day cash reconciliation
- Take responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis
Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably within the cosmetics industry
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on personalized experiences
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
- Experience with cash handling and reconciliation
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous retail operations experience, including store opening and closing procedures
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching or mentoring others to achieve targets
