Key Holder

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, keeping everything running properly and on time
• Lead the sales floor, setting the pace and delegating tasks as needed
• Serve customers with authentic energy and strong product knowledge
• Coach and support Sales Associates with feedback and encouragement
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards
• Manage stock, including receiving shipments and restocking
• Process transactions accurately using POS and mobile systems
• Drive results by monitoring KPIs and inspiring the team
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure positive outcomes

Requirements

• Previous retail experience (Key Holder or established Sales Associate preferred)
• Natural leadership ability to motivate others
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and special events
• Must be a current resident of Banff or Canmore
• Availability for 25-40 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Visual merchandising experience
• Inventory management experience
