About the role
Responsibilities
- Open and close the store, keeping everything running properly and on time
- Lead the sales floor, setting the pace and delegating tasks as needed
- Serve customers with authentic energy and strong product knowledge
- Coach and support Sales Associates, giving feedback and encouragement
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards
- Manage stock, including receiving shipments and restocking the floor
- Process transactions accurately using POS and mobile systems
- Drive sales results by keeping KPIs in mind
- Resolve customer concerns and turn challenges into positive outcomes
Requirements
- Previous retail experience (Key Holder or established Sales Associate preferred)
- Natural leadership ability to motivate others
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Organized and reliable with ability to juggle priorities
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and special events
- Availability on at least one full weekend day is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Visual merchandising experience
- Inventory management experience
