About the role

Responsibilities

  • Open and close the store, keeping everything running properly and on time
  • Lead the sales floor, setting the pace and delegating tasks as needed
  • Serve customers with authentic energy and strong product knowledge
  • Coach and support Sales Associates, giving feedback and encouragement
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards
  • Manage stock, including receiving shipments and restocking the floor
  • Process transactions accurately using POS and mobile systems
  • Drive sales results by keeping KPIs in mind
  • Resolve customer concerns and turn challenges into positive outcomes

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience (Key Holder or established Sales Associate preferred)
  • Natural leadership ability to motivate others
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Organized and reliable with ability to juggle priorities
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and special events
  • Availability on at least one full weekend day is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Visual merchandising experience
  • Inventory management experience
