Key Holder

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and provide exceptional product knowledge
• Support the Store Manager in recruiting, orienting, and training employees
• Coach and develop staff to drive key performance indicators
• Manage training plans and provide in-the-moment coaching
• Support marketing events, in-store promotions, and community outreach
• Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information
• Maintain inventories to ensure merchandise availability
• Ensure brand consistency by meeting Filson Standards and Operating Standards
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment
• Enforce company programs, initiatives, policies, and procedures

Requirements

• Able to lift and carry 30 pounds
• Able to reach overhead, bend, kneel, or stoop
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18+ years old
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in a leadership role
• Exceptional selling and customer service skills
• Experience using data to make informed decisions
• Experience in people development and growth
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
