Key Holder

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and provide exceptional product knowledge
• Support the Store Manager in recruiting, orienting, and training employees
• Coach and develop staff to drive key performance indicators
• Manage in-store promotions, marketing events, and community outreach
• Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information
• Maintain inventories to ensure merchandise availability
• Enforce company policies, operating standards, and safety procedures
• Manage customer service and selling to drive performance

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds
• Ability to reach overhead, bend, kneel, or stoop
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18+ years old
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in a leadership role
• Exceptional selling and customer service skills
• Experience using data to make informed decisions
• People development and growth experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
