Key Holder

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth and efficient store operations
• Lead by example through coaching and mentoring the sales team to provide personalized customer service
• Achieve sales and customer service targets through inspirational leadership
• Perform essential start and end of day cash reconciliation
• Manage store opening and closing procedures on a rota basis

Requirements

• Proven retail experience, preferably within the cosmetics industry
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide authentic and personalized experiences
• Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
• Previous supervisory or coaching experience is desirable
• Must be eligible to work in the country

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures
• Experience coaching or mentoring others to achieve specific sales targets
