Key Holder

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth and efficient store operations
• Lead by example through coaching and mentoring staff to achieve sales and customer service targets
• Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to all guests
• Perform essential start and end of day cash reconciliation
• Manage store opening and closing procedures on a rota basis

Requirements

• Proven retail experience
• Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
• Ability to handle cash and perform reconciliations
• Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
• Must be able to provide proof of right to work in the country

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the cosmetics industry
• Prior experience in retail operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience involving coaching and mentoring others
