About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Manage product presentation, including folding, ironing, alarm tagging, and continuous replenishment.
  • Oversee store operations such as opening and closing procedures, facility maintenance, and cleaning.
  • Support team management by monitoring schedules, managing time off, and resolving conflicts in the absence of senior management.
  • Handle POS management, including cash collection, tonnage processes, and incident monitoring.
  • Assist with inventory management and implement leakage protection and security protocols.
  • Monitor and analyze team KPIs to ensure sales targets and company objectives are met.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience as a Key Holder or Supervisor, or 2 years of experience as a full-time Sales Assistant.
  • High level of fluency in English.
  • Bachillerato or technical professional training.
  • Basic IT skills (user level).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience working in a retail environment with similar turnover and size.
