Responsibilities

• Lead a team of associates to ensure operational success and a differentiated customer experience
• Oversee store opening and closing routines and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
• Supervise the sales floor, store presentation, and asset protection
• Drive business results through effective communication and training of team members
• Manage daily operational tasks to maintain high standards of store presentation

Requirements

• At least one year of customer service experience
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Assertive leadership style with a strong work ethic
• Adaptability, flexibility, and high stress tolerance
