About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer profitability, retention, and growth through strategic travel program management
  • Identify value-added sales opportunities and strategies to increase turnover and revenue
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including C-Suite executives
  • Deliver customized technical configurations and provide recommendations on product innovation
  • Analyze customer data and trends to deliver compelling, actionable insights and ROI narratives
  • Manage and deliver key customer projects using established project management frameworks
  • Develop and implement customized business plans aligned with customer goals

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of extensive customer success or account management experience
  • Experience managing large, complex, and high-touch B2B customers
  • Background in the Travel & Tourism industry is preferred
  • Proven ability to build multi-level relationships and articulate complex value propositions
  • Must have the right to work in Australia without restriction
  • Ability to work onsite in South Bank, QLD
