Key Accounts Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients and overseas trade lane counterparts
• Deliver custom logistics solutions to simplify client needs through excellent customer service
• Serve as the primary point of contact between key accounts and internal operations and sales teams
• Manage and resolve escalated issues to ensure client satisfaction
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities within assigned trade lanes or with small to mid-size companies
• Support sales and customer service teams by preparing and presenting proposals, quotes, and service recommendations
• Conduct internal audits for assigned accounts to ensure adherence to operational SOPs
• Support RFQ and RFI processes

Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in a similar role within the freight forwarding industry
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
