Key Accounts Associate

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison and provide support for Life Insurance and Annuity sales activities
• Partner with Regional Vice Presidents to grow and develop strategic relationships with Affiliated distribution partners
• Provide product analysis, illustration, and case design to drive sales
• Conduct in-person and virtual training on products, processes, and services
• Consult and advise agencies and agents on value-added strategies and growth campaigns
• Support agencies with product selection and illustration fulfillment
• Travel to agency and agent offices for onboarding, training, and regional support
• Maintain understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends

Requirements

• 2–5 years of life insurance industry experience
• Understanding of life and annuity products and operations
• Ability to travel more than 50% of the time
• Strong relationship management, communication, and customer service skills
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in life and/or annuity product distribution with a focus on indexed products and living benefits
• Industry designations: Series 7, Series 63, Series 65 (or 66), and Series 24
• Additional designations: CLU®, ChFC®, or CFP®
