Key Account Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and close projects within the sales cycle to drive demand for the product portfolio.
• Build and maintain strategic business relationships with key healthcare decision-makers and hospital directors.
• Manage and grow assigned strategic accounts, ensuring sustained growth through new product adoption and increased category share.
• Implement Go-to-Market (G2M) strategies to accelerate platform adoption in the private hospital sector.
• Collaborate with clinical, marketing, and business unit teams to provide product demonstrations and account-specific strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and customers in Salesforce (SFDC) and support sales forecasting.

Requirements

• Must reside in Monterrey.
• University degree in Administration, Bio-Medical, Biomedical Engineering, or Nursing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience in consultative sales, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Ability to travel nationally (approximately 50% of the time) and work predominantly in the field (80%-90%).
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience managing relationships with executives and key decision-makers in private hospitals.
