Key Account Senior Clinical Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise and mapping support during Electrophysiology (EP) procedures
• Proctor staff and physicians to develop clinical independence within accounts
• Deliver new product training, technical troubleshooting, and in-service education to medical professionals
• Execute clinical staffing entry and exit strategies on a per-account basis
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned accounts, including competitor activity
• Create and distribute case studies, training materials, and post-case debriefs
• Provide sales and educational support to internal colleagues and clinical teams

Requirements

• Registered Nursing Degree (RN), Certified Radiology Technician (CRT), or Cardiovascular Technician (RCIS)
• Exceptional knowledge of EP ablative therapies and the medical device industry
• Ability and willingness to travel 50% of the time
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work irregular schedules, including after hours and weekends, for case coverage

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 3 years of prior EP industry experience
• Advanced degree or BS in a related field
