Key Account Sales (SiC)

Responsibilities

• Manage full-lifecycle cooperation with key customers, including regular visits, project demand capture, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization.
• Drive product design-in and project qualification by cooperating with FAE and Product teams to provide pre-sales technical support.
• Collect critical application requirements and market pain points to provide feedback to local and global management for product roadmap optimization.
• Monitor industrial market intelligence, competitor roadmaps, and pricing strategies to identify emerging business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned annual sales and collection targets while preparing key customer business forecasts and account plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience in the power semiconductor industry.
• Proven existing key account resources in ESS, Solar, AIDC, SST, or Off-highway industrial sectors.
• Solid technical expertise in SiC semiconductors, including bare die, discrete components, and power modules.
• Fluent written and verbal English for seamless communication with global cross-functional teams.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and cross-stakeholder coordination skills within an international corporate environment.
