About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute OEM/ODM sales strategy in Europe
- Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and design wins
- Own strategic OEM/ODM customer relationships at executive level
- Lead negotiations, pricing, and long-term agreements
- Collaborate with R&D, Product, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance
- Lead and develop Key Account Managers
- Drive performance culture and KPI execution
Requirements
- 10+ years in sales or commercial leadership
- Strong OEM/ODM key account management experience
- Background in manufacturing, tech, automotive, electronics, or industrial sectors
- Proven experience leading international teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business
- Strong negotiation and financial acumen
- Ability to travel 40–50% (Europe & Taiwan)

- MBA degree
