Responsibilities
- Promote products to specialty healthcare providers within an assigned territory
- Serve patient needs by delivering high-quality product information and support
- Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed territory objectives
- Apply technical and scientific knowledge to effectively communicate product value
- Manage territory activities with an entrepreneurial spirit and high level of initiative
Requirements
- 4-year degree from an accredited college or university
- 2 years of B2B sales experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to be insurable
- Demonstrated business acumen and analytical skills
- Proven success in persuasion, influence, and negotiation
- Ability to travel approximately 25% and work evenings or weekends as needed for conferences and programs
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience
- Experience in device or diagnostic sales
- Documented sales performance, such as top 10% ranking or President's Club honors
- Background in military service, competitive sports, or collegiate leadership roles
