About the role

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals and visit targets within the assigned Mazowieckie and Warsaw territory
  • Promote AstraZeneca products to primary care physicians and retail pharmacists using approved scientific and clinical materials
  • Develop and implement long-term and short-term strategic plans for the territory
  • Build, maintain, and expand professional relationships with key healthcare decision-makers
  • Identify key healthcare facilities and centers critical to achieving therapeutic goals
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute local business plans and promotional strategies
  • Monitor and report sales results in accordance with company standards and procedures
  • Maintain a positive company image and adhere to business ethics, company values, and legal regulations

Requirements

  • Higher education degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative
  • Category B driver's license and practical driving experience
  • Fluency in Polish
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Communicative English language skills
  • High level of self-motivation and independence
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the local healthcare system, including current policies and regulations
  • Experience working in a hospital environment
  • Strong communication and influence skills to engage key stakeholders effectively
