About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals and visit targets within the assigned Mazowieckie and Warsaw territory
- Promote AstraZeneca products to primary care physicians and retail pharmacists using approved scientific and clinical materials
- Develop and implement long-term and short-term strategic plans for the territory
- Build, maintain, and expand professional relationships with key healthcare decision-makers
- Identify key healthcare facilities and centers critical to achieving therapeutic goals
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute local business plans and promotional strategies
- Monitor and report sales results in accordance with company standards and procedures
- Maintain a positive company image and adhere to business ethics, company values, and legal regulations
Requirements
- Higher education degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative
- Category B driver's license and practical driving experience
- Fluency in Polish
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Communicative English language skills
- High level of self-motivation and independence
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Knowledge of the local healthcare system, including current policies and regulations
- Experience working in a hospital environment
- Strong communication and influence skills to engage key stakeholders effectively
