About the role
Responsibilities
- Penetrate new customer accounts through cold calling, market analysis, and networking
- Maintain internal and external customer contact to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
- Monitor accounts receivable status and act as a liaison between finance and customers
- Provide sales forecasts, budget input, and market intelligence regarding pricing and trends
- Coordinate new account setup in the ERP system and manage order processing
- Represent ZF at trade shows and industry functions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of professional Sales experience
- Intermediate to expert proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Strong presentation, verbal/written communication, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Automotive Aftermarket industry
