About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of international Private Label key accounts
- Lead customer projects including new product introductions (NPI) and launches
- Act as the main point of contact for customers to translate agreements into operational execution
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Product Management, and Operations
- Monitor account performance, forecasts, margins, and project milestones
Requirements
- Experience in Key Account Management and Project Management in B2B manufacturing
- Proven track record of leading customer projects and product launches
- Strong project management skills (Agile, Waterfall, or similar)
- Understanding of cost, quality, and delivery principles
- Master's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Fluency in English and German; Dutch or French is a strong asset
