About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of international Private Label key accounts
  • Lead customer projects including new product introductions (NPI) and launches
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers to translate agreements into operational execution
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Product Management, and Operations
  • Monitor account performance, forecasts, margins, and project milestones

Requirements

  • Experience in Key Account Management and Project Management in B2B manufacturing
  • Proven track record of leading customer projects and product launches
  • Strong project management skills (Agile, Waterfall, or similar)
  • Understanding of cost, quality, and delivery principles
  • Master's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Fluency in English and German; Dutch or French is a strong asset
