About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive SKF key account management processes and tools to achieve annual growth and margin targets.
- Serve as the primary business contact for customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Manage the wind business segment within the South Region.
- Lead generation and maintenance of existing business through value selling and tailored offerings.
- Manage sales funnels and ensure achievement of KPIs including revenue, margin, and account receivables.
- Drive adoption rates for automatic lubrication solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in key account management or sales.
- Proven experience handling large business volumes.
- Experience with both OEM business and aftermarket segments.
- Direct exposure to the energy or wind energy segments.
- Strong business acumen and financial knowledge.
- Proficiency in funnel management and executive-level communication (CXOs/Top Management).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a self-driven, "go-getter" attitude.
