Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers
- Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs to facilitate implementation of value-add solutions
- Develop and expand sales of additional and new products and services
- Develop and execute customer-specific statistical business plans, KPIs, and budgets
- Facilitate regular meetings with customers
- Set up commercial propositions by interacting with sales administration, marketing, installation, and project management
- Maintain and develop customer relations from mid-management to C-level
Requirements
- 4-5 years of proven track record in account management or sales
- Experience in the retail industry
- Familiarity with selling technical solutions (data, software, or solution selling)
- Proficiency in Dutch and English
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Ability to identify solution value and transform it into sales
- High level of personal drive and proactive work methods
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Key Account Manager or Area Manager
