About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers and acquire understanding of their needs
  • Develop and expand sales of additional and new products and services
  • Develop and execute customer-specific statistical business plans, KPIs, and budgets
  • Facilitate regular meetings with customers
  • Coordinate commercial propositions with internal departments including sales administration, marketing, and project management
  • Maintain and develop customer relations from mid-management to C-level

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of proven track record in account management or sales
  • Experience in the retail industry
  • Experience selling technical solutions, preferably data, software, or solution selling
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Ability to identify solution value and transform it into sales
  • High level of personal drive and proactive work methods
